Calm room. Comfortable chair. Your brain does the rest.
No white coats, no effort, nothing invasive. Here is exactly what a visit to NeuroHaven feels like, minute by minute.
From hello to brain map, in four steps.
Arrive and settle
A calm, private studio on Biscayne. Tea, a comfortable chair, and a short conversation about your goals.
The brain map
A soft cap with 21 sensors reads your brain’s activity for about 30 minutes. You just sit back. Nothing is sent in.
Review together
We walk through your map in plain English: what your mix of waves looks like and what it means for your focus, sleep, and stress.
Your plan
A training plan built around your baseline: which patterns to train, how many sessions, and what change to expect first.
What a training session feels like.
Comfortable
You recline, sensors read your activity, and you watch or listen to gentle feedback. Most people find it deeply relaxing.
Effortless
There is nothing to get right. When your brain drifts toward a healthier pattern, the feedback rewards it. Learning happens on its own.
Trackable
45 to 60 minutes, 1 to 2 times a week. Progress is tracked session by session, and a re-scan shows what changed inside.
Session questions, answered.
Does a session hurt or send anything into my brain?
No. The sensors only read your brain's own activity, like a stethoscope for your brain. Nothing is transmitted in, and the training itself is just real-time feedback your brain responds to.
How long is a session?
Plan for about an hour. The training itself runs 45 to 60 minutes, and most clients come 1 to 2 times per week.
What should I do before a session?
Come with clean, dry hair, skip heavy caffeine right before, and wear something comfortable. That is it.
Do I have to try hard during the session?
No. That is the best part. You relax and watch or listen to the feedback, and your brain does the learning below the surface. Trying harder does not help.
